Police have requested a court order to arrest Raudh Ahmed Zilal, the last person seen with a woman who was found on the roof of a house adjacent to H. Fentenoy on Friday morning.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Ismail Naveen said during a press conference at Iskandhar Koshi that Raudh is not cooperating with the investigation. The woman is believed to have fallen through the skylight of H. Fentenoy, where forensic samples have been collected from the aluminium frame.

Authorities are investigating whether any other individuals were involved. DCP Naveen said public concern has prompted police to reconstruct the scene to better understand what happened.

Surveillance footage shown at the briefing captured Raudh and the woman on the staircase of the building. No other individuals were seen in the footage at the time of the incident.

According to the DCP, Raudh tested positive for drugs, and his passport has been confiscated. Passports of several others connected to the investigation have also been seized.

Among them, Izdhiyan Mohamed Maumoon, who served as Under Secretary for Strategic Communication at the President’s Office, was dismissed from his post earlier today.
