The fifth session of the Ahaa forum, a public platform for engaging with Government Ministers is scheduled to take place on Monday, May 12, at 21:00, at the Public Service Media (PSM) Television Building.

As in previous editions, five Government Ministers are expected to participate. The Ministers confirmed for this session are:

Now in its fifth iteration, the two-hour forum is part of the Government’s ongoing initiative to promote transparency. It serves as a means to inform the public about ministerial work while offering citizens a platform to pose questions directly to those in office.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend and to submit their questions in advance. Questions may also be sent digitally via the PSM Air application.

The inaugural session of the Ahaa forum, jointly organised by the Office of the President and Public Service Media, was held on January 25, 2024.

In addition to the Ahaa forum, President Dr Mohamed Muizzu is actively engaging with the public through a range of complementary initiatives. These include a separate forum featuring President, as well as the launch of a dedicated podcast series titled Rayyithunaa Eku, aimed at broadening public understanding of Government policies and programmes.
