The Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) has held discussions with a delegation from the UN Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT) to strengthen cooperation in counter-terrorism efforts.

Prosecutor General Uz Abbas Shareef met the delegation on Monday morning, with discussions focusing on continued collaboration and the development of a work plan for technical and training support in Maldives.

The Prosecutor General’s Office stated that it will provide technical assistance and cooperation to the UNOCT.
