President Dr Mohamed Muizzu held a meeting with the Dhihdhoo Island Council and the Women's Development Committee (WDC) to discuss the island's development priorities and pressing issues.

Council members outlined several key issues in Dhihdhoo, such as ongoing harbour and breakwater channel construction, increasing coastal erosion problems, educational system difficulties, and community input regarding current and future development initiatives.

In response, President Dr Muizzu gave his assurance that all matters would be carefully examined, reaffirming his dedication to developing lasting and workable solutions to address the community's concerns.

The meeting also included updates from Cabinet Ministers, who provided insights into the progress of current development projects in Dhihdhoo.

The meeting took place at the Secretariat of the Dhan'gethi Council in South Ari Atoll.
