The Maldives National University (MNU) is hosting the "EduTech Symposium 2025," an international workshop on educational technology.

The event, organised by MNU’s Centre for Educational Technology and Excellence (CETE), will bring together technology experts, educators, and professionals to discuss the integration of technology in teaching and learning on September 17 and 18, 2025.

The symposium will focus on showcasing successful examples of tech integration, exploring emerging trends, addressing challenges, and providing a platform for networking among professionals. MNU stated that the event aims to support educators in advancing their skills and improving technology usage in classrooms.

The symposium’s participation fees include MVR 350 for local presenters and USD 50 for international presenters. Listeners will be charged MVR 150 for local participants and USD 100 for international participants. Local students from schools and higher education institutions can attend free of charge.

The event is expected to attract participants from various sectors, including education and technology, both locally and internationally.
