Minister of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure, Dr Abdulla Muththalib, held discussions with Saudi Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail during his visit to Riyadh for the fourth Real Estate Future Forum. 

The meeting focused on fostering investment projects aimed at promoting future development and prosperity between the two nations.

As part of his visit, Minister Dr Muththalib also participated as a key speaker in a panel discussion titled New Frontiers: Balance and Innovation in the Real Estate Landscape. The session provided a platform to explore emerging opportunities and innovative strategies shaping the real estate sector.

The forum, recognised as a significant gathering for industry leaders, facilitated discussions on the future of real estate and housing development. Minister Dr Muththalib's participation is expected to strengthen bilateral relations between the Maldives and Saudi Arabia, potentially leading to new collaborations in the sector.
