Maldivian band 2ofus will perform their first public concert in the capital on May 23, 2025, at Olympus Theatre, following their recent success as second runner-up at the Battle of the Bands International competition.

The group, which has garnered growing recognition abroad, is returning to the Maldives for what it describes as a tribute to the local audience whose support has fuelled their rise. The event will be the band’s debut performance in Malé and is expected to feature a number of international acts.

The concert will include an opening performance by a prominent Indian band, and a guest appearance by Bollywood singer Shraddha Pandit. Additional performers from both the Maldives and India are also scheduled to appear, demonstrating the cross-cultural nature of the event.

Speaking ahead of the show, lead vocalist Ahmed Adhuham said, “This stage isn’t ours alone—it belongs to every Maldivian who dared to dream with us.”

The band will perform original songs featured in their international competition set, as well as new material. The concert is being promoted as a collaborative showcase of Maldivian and Indian musical talent.
