Mohamed Asbah Ali Naseer, former Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of the Road Development Corporation (RDC), has been appointed as the new Deputy Managing Director of the Housing Development Corporation (HDC).

His appointment follows the resignation of Fayaz Mansoor, who stepped down from the role on Thursday. Asbah will now assume the responsibilities previously held by Fayaz.

The leadership changes at HDC come shortly after the appointment of Brigadier General (Retd) Ali Zuhair, former Managing Director of RDC, as the new Managing Director of HDC. Zuhair was appointed following the resignation of Mauroof Jameel, who had earlier announced his decision to retire, effective from 18 August.
