Maldivian businesses have been invited to take part in the 22nd China International Agricultural Trade Fair.

The trade fair is scheduled to be held from 17 to 19 October in Tianjin, China.

According to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the invitation from the Chinese government offers a platform to showcase Maldivian agricultural and fisheries products to international buyers.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China will cover booth and construction fees for the first eight Maldivian businesses that register. Interested companies must submit their applications to [email protected] before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, 28 August.

The annual fair draws agricultural, fisheries, import, and wholesale businesses worldwide, with activities aimed at building trade partnerships.
