Bank of Maldives (BML) has officially launched dollar ATM services in Maradhoo-Feydhoo, becoming the second such facility established in Addu City. The service was inaugurated by President Dr Mohamed Muizzu during his visit to the city, in the presence of BML CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Shareef, and other senior officials. The new ATM is part of BML’s wider effort to expand convenient foreign currency access nationwide with 42 branches, 202 Self-Service Banking Centres, and 260 ATMs across all 20 atolls.

During the same visit, President Dr Muizzu also attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Maradhoo-Feydhoo Fitness and Recreation Centre, a project aimed at enhancing public health and community well-being. The initiative aligns with the Government’s commitment to improving access to recreational spaces and promoting active lifestyles in local communities.
