First Lady Sajidha Mohamed has taken part in a door-to-door campaign in Kulhudhuffushi City as part of activities ahead of the upcoming Local Council and Women’s Development Committee (WDC) elections.

During the visit, the First Lady met residents across the city, visiting households and engaging directly with members of the public while listening to their concerns, in efforts to garner support for People’s National Congress (PNC) candidates.

She also inaugurated the PNC campaign headquarters in Kulhudhuffushi City during the visit, which followed her arrival earlier in the day, where she was welcomed by a large number of residents.

The First Lady has previously conducted similar campaign visits to Addu City, Fuvahmulah City and Thinadhoo City, as part of ongoing nationwide campaign activities ahead of the elections.
