Mohamed Najah has been dismissed from his position as Managing Director of Fenaka Corporation Limited.

In a statement, the Privatisation and Corporatisation Board (PCB) confirmed that Najah was dismissed from both his role as Managing Director and his seat on the company’s board with immediate effect. No reason has been provided for the decision.

Najah was appointed to the post on 23 December 2024, following the resignation of his predecessor, Mohamed Muaz Rasheed, on the same day.

Fenaka Corporation Limited is a state-owned utility provider responsible for delivering electricity, water and sewerage services across the Maldives.
