The State Pharma Portal, introduced by State Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Corporation Limited, now allows the public to order medicines through the national eFass system.

Speaking on MMTV, Managing Director Dr Shah Mahir said the platform enables users to upload prescriptions, place medicine orders and track delivery through a single system, improving convenience and access to essential medicines.

He added that the company has also introduced a 24-hour hotline, 1505, to assist the public in locating essential medicines and addressing urgent needs. Both services are aimed at easing difficulties faced by patients in obtaining medication.

Dr Shah noted that while challenges in accessing medicines require long-term solutions, the company is working to strengthen supply systems across all regions and ensure sustainable availability.
