The Ministry of Tourism and Environment has reported a continued rise in tourist arrivals, with 451,554 visitors recorded so far in 2025, an increase of over 20,000 compared to the same period in 2024. Chinese tourists lead with 59,938 arrivals (13.3 per cent), followed by Russia (10 per cent), the United Kingdom, Italy, and Germany. This growth follows last year’s historic milestone of surpassing two million tourists, with the Government actively conducting promotional activities to sustain momentum across key markets.
