Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC)/Visit Maldives has announced a partnership between the National Hotels and Guest House Association of Maldives (NHGAM) and Air Arabia for the "I AM Maldives" Roadshow in Azerbaijan and Georgia, taking place from 17 to 20 December this year.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed today between NHGAM and Air Arabia, establishing the latter as the official travel partner.

"As we embark on this journey to Azerbaijan and Georgia, we are excited to unveil the Maldives' unparalleled beauty and luxury to these promising markets," remarked the CEO & MD of Visit Maldives, Ibrahim Shiuree.

NHGAM Vice President Ahmed Waheed added that the special rates would enable broader industry participation and pave the way for stronger business connections between the Maldives and these emerging markets.

Speaking at the event, the COO and Aviation Head of LetsGo Maldives, the GSA for Air Arabia in the Maldives, highlighted how the collaboration would support Maldivian tourism by enabling participation from local hotels, guest houses and industry representatives.

The initiative, organised in collaboration with MMPRC/Visit Maldives and MATATO, aims to strengthen the Maldives' presence in both countries as emerging tourist markets.
