Practical work has commenced in Alifu Dhaalu Fenfushi on two sports development projects, a running track around the football ground and the development of a volleyball court. A groundbreaking ceremony for the projects was held with Minister of Sports, Fitness and Recreation Abdulla Raafiu officiating, and President Dr Mohamed Muizzu attending as Chief Guest. Maamigili MP Qasim Ibrahim, MTCC Managing Director Ahmed Saudee, and the Fenfushi Island Council President also took part in the event. The initiatives aim to expand sporting and recreational facilities for the community.
