President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has extended condolences on the passing of veteran public servant Ibrahim Haleem, recognising his decades of dedicated service to the State.

In a message shared via his official X account, President Dr Muizzu highlighted Haleem's contributions to the nation, noting that he was honoured with the National Award for Service in recognition of his commitment to public service.

The President stated that Haleem devoted a significant part of his life to serving at Mulee'aage, carrying out his duties with dedication and care under six former presidents of the Maldives.

President Dr Muizzu also prayed for Almighty Allah to grant Haleem His vast mercy, forgive his shortcomings and bless him with eternal Paradise.
