Construction of the Government's 75-unit housing project in Haa Alifu Dhidhdhoo has reached 98.55 per cent completion.

The project , valued at 120 million, was awarded to SJ Construction in August 2022 under a design-and-build contract. Finishing works are currently underway on the kitchens and bathrooms.

The project comprises two-storey row houses. Each housing unit will include three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, a laundry room, and a storeroom.

The development will also include landscaped surroundings, a park, and a vehicle parking area to improve convenience and the living environment for future residents.
