The Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Information and Art has announced that an additional window has been announced for inactive associations to reinstate their active status by submitting overdue documentation.

The initiative will first target 55 civil associations registered between 1971 and 1991 that have fallen into inactive status due to irregular submission of required paperwork.

Authorities have set a six-month deadline, ending at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 20, 2025, for these associations to submit their documentation.

The names of the 55 civil associations eligible for reinstatement have been made public. Any association failing to activate its status within the given period faces dissolution under Article 69(b) of Law 3/2022.

Inactive associations wishing to reinstate their status are asked to submit their completed documentation via email to [email protected].
