Ooredoo Maldives has announced changes to the terms and conditions of its digital wallet service, mFaisaa. The company has informed users that those who wish to discontinue using the service must deactivate their accounts by December 15, 2024.
Customers who remain registered beyond this deadline will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms and conditions, Ooredoo confirmed.
Users wishing to deactivate their mFaisaa accounts can do so via the app. After logging in, they are advised to navigate to ‘My Account’ > ‘Manage Profile’ > ‘Remove Account’.
The company has also urged customers to ensure there are no remaining funds in their mFaisaa wallets before proceeding with deactivation.
For those requiring additional support, Ooredoo has encouraged customers to contact its 929 helpline.
Customers are encouraged to review the terms and conditions thoroughly before making their decision. Further information can be found on the mFaisaa app or by contacting Ooredoo customer support.
