Maldives State Shipping (MSS) and Malaysian Maritime Academy Sdn Bhd (ALAM) have formalised a partnership to enhance maritime training and education.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed during a ceremony presided over by the High Commissioner of the Maldives to Malaysia, Dr Mariyam Shabeena Ahmed.

The agreement underscores the Government’s commitment to developing its maritime sector in line with President Dr Mohamed Muizzu's priorities.
