Dhiraagu has introduced a limited-time offer enabling customers to make free calls to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia, in response to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.

The telecommunications provider said the initiative is intended to support customers seeking to remain in contact with family and friends in the two countries during the current situation. Under the offer, customers are eligible to receive 30 minutes of free call time to numbers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

To activate the free minutes, customers are required to dial *225#. The complimentary call allowance can be activated until the end of tomorrow and will remain valid for seven days from the time of activation.

Dhiraagu stated that it remains committed to ensuring uninterrupted communication services and to providing responsive support to customers during exceptional circumstances.
