First Lady Sajidha Mohamed has inaugurated the People’s National Congress (PNC) campaign office for the North Henveiru constituency as part of preparations for the upcoming Local Council and Women’s Development Committee (WDC) elections.

The campaign office was officially opened at Hushnuheena Magu, G. A. Happyside, during a ceremony attended by party officials and supporters.

The First Lady was accompanied by PNC Parliamentary Group Leader and the party’s campaign manager for this year’s elections, Ibrahim Falah. Also present at the event were PNC’s Malé City mayoral candidate Moosa Ali Jaleel, WDC presidential candidate Ashiyath Alaika Adnan, along with other candidates contesting from the North Henveiru constituency.

The PNC has been intensifying campaign activities ahead of the Local Council and WDC elections scheduled for 4 April, with campaign events and outreach programmes being conducted across the country, particularly in Malé City.
