The Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2026 has been rescheduled to 17–20 August 2026, with Visit Maldives Corporation (VMC) confirming that preparations are underway to ensure a smooth transition for all participants.
In a statement, Visit Maldives said the 33rd edition of ATM, originally scheduled for May, will now be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, following a decision by organisers to prioritise the safety and well-being of participants while ensuring greater flexibility and confidence for global travel stakeholders.
VMC noted that it is working closely with event organiser RX to manage logistical arrangements, assuring that co-exhibitors will not face disruptions as a result of the change. The corporation stated that all existing registrations, stand allocations, and branding arrangements will be carried over seamlessly to the new dates.
The Arabian Travel Market is regarded as a key international platform connecting destinations, airlines and tourism stakeholders. Visit Maldives said participation in the event remains an important component of the country’s tourism marketing strategy, particularly in engaging with Middle Eastern and international markets ahead of the peak winter season.
According to organisers, the rescheduling aims to facilitate stronger participation across the global travel industry. Visit Maldives added that it will continue to coordinate with industry partners and provide updates in the lead-up to the exhibition.
