Visit Maldives has endorsed a Maldives-focused roadshow across four cities in western India, aimed at strengthening destination visibility and engagement with the Indian travel trade, with participation from 25 Maldivian resorts.

The “Tatabye Maldives Four-City Roadshow,” organised by Tatabye Tours, will be held from March 31 to April 4 in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat and Pune, bringing together travel agents, tour operators and tourism stakeholders for business-to-business engagements.

The roadshow, described as one of the largest Maldives-focused initiatives in the Indian market, will feature networking sessions, destination presentations and direct meetings between Indian travel professionals and resort representatives, showcasing segments including luxury, wellness, diving and marine experiences.

Tatabye Tours, which has built a strong presence in the Indian market with direct partnerships with more than 130 Maldivian properties, is facilitating the initiative as part of efforts to expand market reach and strengthen trade relationships.

India remains one of the Maldives’ key source markets, and initiatives of this scale are aimed at sustaining destination visibility, supporting industry partnerships and encouraging travel demand.
