Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation has introduced a digital system to facilitate the transfer process for flats developed in Hulhumalé Phase II.

Under the new arrangement, documents required for residency transfer can now be submitted through the corporation’s “Fahi Portal”. According to FDC, all documents and information required for the process will be made available through the online platform.

The corporation stated that discussions have also been held with Malé City Council to address issues related to the transfer process and improve coordination between institutions.

In a message shared by the company, FDC Managing Director Hamdan Shakeel said the initiative aims to simplify the process and reduce administrative obstacles faced by residents. He noted that the required information for the city council would be submitted online to make the procedure easier and more efficient for the public.

The 32 housing towers developed by FDC in Hulhumalé Phase II include around 4,000 housing units. Authorities estimate that approximately 30,000 people will reside in the area once the housing project is fully occupied.
