Maldivian Airlines has announced the addition of extra flights to accommodate increased travel demand during the upcoming holiday season.

The national carrier shared the update via social media, confirming additional flights on domestic routes to help travellers plan their festive getaways.

Additional flights have been added to January 2,3 and 6, 2025. On January 2, extra flights will operate as Kadhdhoo, Dharavandhoo,  and Hanimaadhoo to and from Malé. On January 3, additional flights are scheduled as Maavarulu, Thimarafushi, Kadhdhoo and Kulhudhuffushi to and from Malé. On January 6, an extra flight will operate both ways between Malé and Kadhdhoo.

Passengers are advised to book early due to high demand during this busy travel period.
