Kaani Hotels and Resorts, the Maldives' leading hotel and guesthouse chain, has unveiled plans for its flagship property, Kaani Haven Beach, during WTM London.

Set to open in Q3 2025, this marks Kaani's first venture into Alif Alif Atoll on the pristine island of Ukulhas, strengthening its leadership in Maldivian tourism.

"Kaani Haven Beach represents a milestone in our journey," said CEO Abdulla Nasheed, highlighting its luxurious amenities, including 144 rooms, a rooftop infinity pool, and spa facilities.

Designed to blend Kaani's signature hospitality with the island's natural beauty, the hotel will offer Romantic Honeymoon Haven suites and Deluxe Haven rooms with stunning views.
