President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has extended heartfelt condolences to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan following a devastating fire at a ski resort in Kartalkaya, Bolu. 

The tragedy, which unfolded earlier on January 21, 2025, resulted in significant loss of life and numerous injuries.

President Dr Muizzu expressed deep sorrow upon hearing about the tragic incident and conveyed his condolences to the families affected, as well as to the Turkish government and its citizens. He acknowledged the ongoing recovery efforts and reaffirmed his support for Türkiye during this challenging period.

Highlighting the resilience of the Turkish people, the President conveyed his wishes for strength and unity as the nation copes with the aftermath of the tragedy.
