A new luxury development, the Farukolhufushi Gated Community, has been launched in Hulhumale', offering high-end housing and resort-style amenities. The project, located on the site of the former Farukolhufushi Resort, will feature premium facilities such as a sports complex, lap pool, clubhouse, and a luxury hotel. Aimed at boosting the Maldives' tourism and providing a new standard of living for affluent residents, this is the country's most luxurious housing project to date.
