To enhance security, the Cyber Crime Centre has introduced flash calls as an alternative authentication method, though scammers are exploiting public unfamiliarity with it. In response, authorities have launched an Anti-Scam Centre and encourage victims to report incidents promptly via emergency hotlines, email, or local police centres.
