Tree Top Hospital is set to host a health camp in Laamu Gan from 29 to 30 November 2024, offering high-quality healthcare services to residents of Gan and neighbouring islands.

Organised in partnership with Gan Regional Hospital, Laamu Atoll Council, and Laamu Gan Council, the camp aims to improve access to specialised medical care and promote preventive health awareness.

The event will feature consultations with specialists in cardiology, nephrology, pulmonology, orthopaedics, ENT, rheumatology, and dietetics, alongside comprehensive health screenings and educational sessions on healthy living and preventive care.

Laamu Gan Council President Ahmed Zaki highlighted the health camp as a significant opportunity for local healthcare providers in Laamu Atoll to collaborate with renowned specialists, enhancing their skills and expertise. The initiative brings expert doctors to the region, ensuring residents receive advanced medical consultations and treatments while complementing the existing services provided by Gan Regional Hospital.
