President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has inaugurated ATM services, a new football ground, and a multi-purpose court in Alifu Dhaalu Kun’burudhoo as part of his ongoing tour of the atoll.

Alongside these inaugurations, practical work has commenced on the island’s health centre extension, police post, and Fitness and Recreation Centre.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the health centre extension building was officiated by Minister of Finance and Planning Moosa Zameer. The police post project was officiated by Minister of Homeland Security and Technology Ali Ihusaan, while the Fitness and Recreation Centre was officiated by Minister of Sports, Fitness and Recreation Abdulla Rafiu and Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Ibrahim Shareef Mohamed.

These projects reflect the Administration’s commitment to strengthening essential services and expanding sports and community facilities across inhabited islands.
