President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has inaugurated Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) ATM services in Seenu Meedhoo and Hulhudhoo as part of his ongoing visit to Addu Atoll.

The introduction of the new ATM represents a step forward in expanding access to banking services in the southernmost region of the country.

Both the Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) and the Bank of Maldives (BML) have been working to extend their services nationwide. In October, BML announced that it had established ATM services on every inhabited island across the Maldives.
