The upgrade of the Haa Alifu Filladhoo Health Centre has officially commenced following the groundbreaking ceremony held on the island.The project was inaugurated by Kelaa constituency MP Abdulla Shareef, with Road Development Corporation (RDC) Managing Director Ibrahim Nazeem, Senior Administrator of Health Services Mohamed Jameel, and members of the Filladhoo Island Council, including President Fathuhulla Hassan and Councillor Mohamed Moosa, in attendance.

The upgrade will provide the health centre with additional space and resources, aimed at strengthening healthcare delivery for residents.
