The People's National Congress (PNC) has invited its members and supporters to attend a Taraweeh on Thursday night.

The party stated that the gathering will be attended by its Leader, President Dr Mohamed Muizzu. The event is scheduled to take place at 9:30 p.m. at Artificial Beach.

The Taraweeh forms part of ongoing efforts to reinforce ties with party members and supporters.

Latest statistics released by the Elections Commission show that the PNC is currently the largest political party in the Maldives, with membership exceeding 74,000.

The party has also been strengthening its internal organisational structure while stepping up campaign activities ahead of the upcoming Local Council and Women’s Development Committee (WDC) elections.
