Eve Clinic launches home care service

Eve Clinic Group has launched a home care service offering a range of medical and nursing services to patients in the Greater Malé region.

The service was officially inaugurated by Minister of Health, Family and Welfare Geela Ali during a ceremony held at Eve Clinic's West Park branch. The event was attended by senior officials of Eve Clinic Group and doctors working at the clinic.

The service includes home visits by general practitioners, blood sample collection for laboratory testing, wound care and nursing services. Eve Clinic said the initiative is intended to expand the healthcare services available to patients who prefer to receive treatment at home.

The home care programme also includes a postnatal care package for new mothers, providing support with newborn care as well as guidance for families on caring for both mother and child during the postnatal period.

Registration for the service is now open. Eve Clinic Healthcare Pvt Ltd, which operates three clinics, said the programme is available to all groups.

Speaking at the launch, Eve Clinic Group Clinical Director Haifa Mohamed said the service was introduced as part of the clinic's efforts to expand healthcare services in the Greater Malé region.
