Maldives Expo 2025 draws to a close today, with extended opening hours and a special programme of family-oriented activities, announced the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.

The final day of the expo began early, opening from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a variety of children’s activities. The event will then continue with its regular schedule from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and later from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The Ministry highlighted that today’s programme features stage performances and activities catering to all age groups. Key highlights include a 360-degree video booth, the 1438 fashion show, and live perfomances by '2 of Us.'

Maldives Expo 2025 is organised into five distinct districts: the Creative Economy District, Digital & Innovative District, Entertainment District, Marketplace District, and Dhiveheenge Ufehduntherikamuge Maurazu (Maldivian Products Exhibition).

Bringing together five large-scale events under one roof, the expo offers immersive experiences, interactive activities, and unique exhibits.

Since its opening, the expo has attracted over 150,000 visitors. Organised by the Government to promote creativity and expand business opportunities across the Maldives, the event is managed by the Business Centre Corporation (BCC) under the Ministry’s guidance.
