Under the approved appointments, the High Commissioner of the Maldives to the United Kingdom, Iruthisham Adam, will also serve as Non-Resident Ambassador to Ireland, while the Ambassador to the European Union, Geela Ali, has been appointed as Non-Resident Ambassador to Ukraine.
Both Iruthisham and Geela bring decades of experience in public service and diplomacy.
