The High Achievers Award ceremony recognising top performers in the 2023 and 2024 secondary and higher secondary examinations, will be held today and tomorrow.

According to the Ministry of Education, the ceremony will take place over five sessions at the Social Centre in Malé on June 21 and 22, 2025.

In addition to presenting the High Achievers Award, the event will also feature the awarding of two national scholarships. The Presidential Scholarship will be granted to students who achieved A* grades in all subjects in the A Level examinations, while the High Achievers Scholarship will be presented to those who scored all As or higher.

More than 1,800 students are set to receive awards this year across both the secondary and higher secondary levels.
