The National Social Protection Agency (NSPA) has announced that its counter services will be relocated to the 6th floor of the M. Uthuruvehi building in Kenery Magu, starting 7 September 2025.

The building previously housed the Human Rights Commission.

At present, NSPA’s counter services are operated from the 4th floor of the Mookai Suites building in Haveeree Hingun, with service hours from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

NSPA is mandated to administer the National Social Health Insurance Scheme and to implement social protection programmes identified by the Government. The agency is also responsible for regulating and overseeing social protection programmes under the Social Protection Act.
