The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure has opened applications for 200 row houses in Thinadhoo.

Applications will be accepted through the Hiyaavehi Portal from 7 September 2025 until 7 November 2025.

According to the Ministry, eligibility is limited to Maldivian nationals who are at least 18 years old. Applicants must either be registered residents of Thinadhoo or have resided on the island for at least 10 years.

The units being developed are three-bedroom row houses.
