President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has begun a two-day visit to Fuvahmulah City and Addu Atoll as part of his ongoing nationwide tour to engage directly with communities and accelerate development efforts across the Maldives.

During the visit, the President will meet with Island Councils and Women’s Development Committees (WDCs) to discuss local development priorities and explore ways to enhance community wellbeing. He is also scheduled to meet with residents to hear their views and concerns firsthand.

President Dr Muizzu’s itinerary includes visits to Fuvahmulah City, as well as Seenu Hithadhoo, Feydhoo, Maradhoo, Maradhoofeydhoo, Hulhudhoo, and Meedhoo.

The visit forms part of the President’s commitment to strengthening cooperation with atoll, island, and city councils to ensure equitable progress and inclusive development across the country.
