Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) has commenced VIA Blood Donation Camp 2026, a two-day blood donation camp in collaboration with the Maldives Blood Service (MBS), as part of its annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. The camp is being held at the Airport Recreation Center (ARC) in Hulhulé and was inaugurated by MACL Chief Commercial Officer Mohamed Mihad, with senior officials from MACL, MBS and other stakeholders in attendance.

MACL stated that, unlike previous years, this year’s camp is open to the entire Velana International Airport community, with the aim of supporting the national blood bank and easing difficulties faced by patients in obtaining blood during the holy month of Ramadan.
