The Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) will hold walk-in interviews in Kulhudhuffushi City to recruit 50 employees for various ongoing and upcoming projects.

The interviews are scheduled to be held on 7 February 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Vacancies are available for a range of technical and operational roles, including dredge crew, welders, dredge supervisors, tug operators and tug crew. MTCC is also seeking candidates for trainee positions, including Dredge Operator Trainee and Dredge Mechanic Trainee.

MTCC said the initiative aims to build a pool of job seekers from Haa Dhaalu Nolhivaran and Kulhudhuffushi City, with a focus on creating employment opportunities for youth in the region and increasing local participation in the company’s projects.
