President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has conveyed his condolences following the passing of Sergeant First Class Hussain Abdul Rahman of the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF).

In a post on X, the President expressed deep sadness over the sudden death of Sergeant First Class Hussain Abdul Rahman, noting that he had served in the MNDF for 21 years, seven months and 16 days.

The President extended his condolences to the bereaved family of Hussain Abdul Rahman and to all members of the Maldives National Defence Force during what he described as a time of great grief.

In his message, President Dr Muizzu prayed for Allah to grant eternal peace and blessings to the departed soul and to bestow patience and strength upon his family.
