Students who register for university programmes during the upcoming University Registration Day will receive complimentary flight tickets to their study destination.

The two-day event, organised by Glonet Pvt Ltd, will be held at Meerumaa Event Hall in Malé on 10 and 11 July from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Glonet said the event is intended for students planning to begin their studies in September or October 2026, as well as January 2027. Attendees will be able to obtain information on academic programmes, complete their registrations and receive guidance on student visas, accommodation and other admission-related services.

Students can apply for Foundation, Diploma, Bachelor's, Master's and PhD programmes across a wide range of disciplines, including medicine, dentistry, nursing, engineering, business, finance, cybersecurity, data science, tourism, hospitality, architecture, digital media and creative arts.

Representatives from Sunway University, Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU), IMU University and Monash University Malaysia will be available to provide information and assist prospective students throughout the event.

In addition to course registration, students will be able to receive career guidance, assistance with student loan applications and support in obtaining placement letters.

Glonet stated that every student who registers for a programme during the event will receive a complimentary flight ticket. Students with strong A-Level results may also be eligible for scholarships ranging from 10 to 50 per cent.
