In response to the increasing demand for educational institutions in the Male' region, the Government has announced the establishment of a state-of-the-art education centre called 'Knowledge Park' in Hulhumale'.

The centre is set to offer a range of educational facilities, including management offices, tutorial rooms, lecture halls, staff rooms, meeting spaces, and laboratories, designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience.

Additionally, the Knowledge Park will feature modern hostel facilities to accommodate students, ensuring that it can serve as both an academic and residential hub. The project, which aligns with the vision of President Dr Mohamed Muizzu, is seen as a pivotal initiative to enhance the quality of life for Maldivians, while also contributing to the nation’s economic development.

According to Government officials, the Knowledge Park is expected to add a new dimension to the country’s education sector, providing top-tier resources and opportunities to students across the region and helping to shape the future of education in the Maldives.
