Seven officers from the Maldives Customs Service have completed the Home Team Advanced Leadership Programme, held at the National College of Policing and Law Enforcement (NCPLE) in Addu.

The ten-day programme, initiated by the Ministry of Homeland Security and Technology, focused on strategic leadership, ethical governance, crisis response, and inter-agency collaboration.

A closing ceremony was held this morning at Iskandharu Koshi, where certificates were presented to participants by Minister of Homeland Security and Technology, Ali Ihusan, who officiated as Chief Guest.

The ceremony was also attended by heads of key Home Team administrations, including the Maldives Police Service, Maldives Immigration, and Maldives Customs Service.

The training, led by the Maldives Police Service, was designed to strengthen cooperation among Home Team agencies and enhance leadership capacity across institutions.
