The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Maldives, Dr Abdulla Khaleel, has extended warm greetings to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania, Luminița-Teodora Odobescu, on the occasion of Romania’s National Day.

In a heartfelt message, Minister Khaleel conveyed his best wishes to the Romanian government and its people on behalf of The Republic of Maldives, reflecting on the milestone of 45 years of diplomatic relations between the two nations.

Minister Dr Khaleel expressed hope for the continued growth of friendship and cooperation between the Maldives and Romania, reinforcing the importance of collaboration in shaping their shared future.

Concluding his message, the Foreign Minister offered his highest consideration to his Romanian counterpart.
